Birchfield Penuel Architects is seeking an experienced Emerging Architectural Professional to join our team.   

Emerging Architectural Professional Role Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting. 

  • Contribute to the functional planning and aesthetic of design concepts 

  • General understanding of construction codes and detailing. 

  • Ability to carry out assignments in a timely manner. 

  • Produce design and construction documents for a variety of project types. 

  • Ability to manage multiple activities on varying projects at any given time. 

  • Follow through to meet project schedules and timelines the client and project managers set up. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited architecture program. 

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 Years of Experience working in an established architectural firm.   

  • On path to licensure with a completion date in mind. 

  • Have experience in design and construction documentation. 

  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, sense of professionalism, and a desire to learn. 

  • Strong communication skills, both visual and verbal.  

  • Salaried position with a minimum 40-hour work week. 

  • Proficiency in using Revit and/or AutoCAD Software to produce design and construction documents. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 

Bonus Qualifications: 

  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Familiar with Microsoft Project
